Why will the event menu be fully vegetarian?

RSM is proud to be one of the world's lowest carbon business schools (according to Financial Times). We've made a commitment to change the way we do things – and that includes the food we serve to our guests. Since 2023, all food provided by Erasmus University Rotterdam is vegetarian.
